You have the right to ask for a replacement or refund under Consumer Law for products and services.
You can ask us for a replacement or refund, but you are not always entitled to one. For example, the consumer guarantees do not apply if you got what you asked for but simply changed your mind, found it somewhere else, decided you did not like the purchase or had no use for it.
REPLACEMENT
As our products are highly personalised and printed to order, we can only offer a replacement in the following circumstances:
Manufacturing defect
1, Item lost in transit
2, Shipping damage
3, Split Canvas Prints internal IT system error
4, Split Canvas Prints Customer Service or designer error
Please read our Terms of Use carefully before claiming a refund, as these will guide you as to whether you got what you ordered or whether you can in fact claim a replacement or refund.
A replacement must be requested within 30 days after delivery and will be issued in accordance with the above rules
Our prints very rarely suffer defects and are carefully packaged for shipping, however if yours does arrives a little worse for wear please email us a photo with a brief description of the issue so that we may review for you.
Monetary Compensation
Under The United states of American Law, Split Canvas Prints only have to offer a monetary refund if you experience a major problem.
A product or good has a major problem when:
1, It has a problem that would have stopped someone from buying it if they’d known about it
2, It is unsafe
3, It is significantly different from the sample or description
4, It doesn’t do what the business said it would, or what you asked for and can’t easily be fixed.
What is not covered?
Split Canvas Prints do not have to pay for damages or losses that:
1, Are not caused by our conduct, or our products
2, Relate to something independent of our business, after the goods leave our control
How To Process?
Split Canvas Prints Customer Service team(Email:Service@splitcanvasprints.com) will respond to your email by the end of the next working day and advise on how to proceed with the return and refund. Please provide following informatons with your email:
1,The order number and email address used to place the order.
2,Your reason for returning the order.
3,Whether you would prefer a replacement or refund.
4,Please also include a digital photo of the delivered print (as an email attachment).
Tips:
1,Once we receive your returned order, we will replace or refund as required. Refunds are normally processed within 7 days,it may takes 30 days for you to get the money.

3, We won't charge any returning fees, But you have to pay the shipping cost for returning.
